Since no one signed up to present today, we’ll work through a handful of the papers for this topic, namely Thomas G. Koch, Wendling, and Wilson (2017), Thomas G. Koch, Wendling, and Wilson (2021), Dafny, Ho, and Lee (2019), and Schmitt (2018). These papers collectively deal with vertical integration between physicians and hospitals as well as out-of-market horizontal integration.
